It has been awhile so I thought I would update whoever checks out our blog. School is back in full force and we are pretty busy again. We had a great Christmas break and it ended too quickly. But, it was great to spend time with family and take some time off. Here are a few picture from Christmas.
This Monday Matt had to go down to Vegas for a competition and we figured we would make a little trip out of it. We did a little shopping, Matt said they better than he thought they would have on the competition, and I lost my first dollar in the slots. We only stayed one night but, it was good to get out of town. (Sorry no pictures, I've been struggling with that lately.)
On our way home we decided to stop at Matt's Aunt's furniture/design store, L&R Designers that is in St. George. We have had a gift card there since our wedding and decided we better see if we could find something we wanted. We ended up getting an awesome deal on a couch (maybe I'll post a picture of it later)! I never thought I would be excited about buying a couch but yes, I am excited about the thing :). It definitely gives our front room a little more color. Other than that there is nothing too exciting going on. We are just keeping busy with school, work, and a little bit of play.
